Howdy all,
Last weekend was pretty uneventful, aside from seeing Rock of Ages. Which was really great. I was a big fan of the ’80s music and Tom Cruise did a great job. There were some funny parts, but it ended pretty happily as well.
Tonight, a couple of friends and I are going downtown to listen to another one of my friends play some live jazz. There’s a live band that plays at The Lift every Tuesday night and I went a couple of weeks ago. I am excited to listen to them play again. They usually go on around 10 and then play for a couple of hours.
Ready for the movie of the week? That’s right, BRAVE comes out this weekend and a couple of girlfriends and I are definitely planning on hitting up this new Pixar flick. I can’t wait!
